I support the helpers; parents, caregivers and helping professionals, who serve others, work very hard and put others' needs first. I support those wanting to make a difference in the world that end up sacrificing their own needs and desires.
I educate, inspire and support individuals with relevant information, practical strategies, tools, and resources to achieve work-life balance, decreasing the potential for burnout and empowering them to create the flourishing life they deserve.
I interviewed a variety of 40+ helpers for my first book and found similarities consistently between all helpers. Based on what I discovered, my personal experience and my education and training, I speak to groups, facilitate workshops, and support one-on-one, tailoring my presentations to meet the collective or personal needs.
